It was a lovely base for shopping. The staff was highly courteous and best all the time. Everything was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious and very very good with Japanese and Western food. The location was good and ideal, next to the railway track, convenient to go everywhere. Appreciated this low cost hotel, recommend.

Easy to find. Hotel is very close to the railway station and local buses. Also close to shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly.
Too close to the railway line and therefore very noisey. Trains stopped running about 11.30 pm and resumed early morning about 5.00 am. Rooms in need of redecorating, but clean.

Close to the station.
the lay-out of the room was impractical and so was the way to connect to the internet. It was done by a bulky router which was old so sometimes lost power after which you had to fiddle with the electricity cable to get it to boot up again.

The hotel is super close to the train station, ideal for getting around. The front desk lady was amazing and gave great recommendations about the area. She spoke excellent english too! The room was clean and came with all essentials.

It is so convenient to Beppu Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are somewhat old but spotlessly clean and aired every day.
The noise of the trains! It would be nice if there was a seat at the computer terminal as well.

It's very close to the Beppu Train Station & Bus Terminal. Though the staffs are barely speak English but they are helpful. The single room is considering bigger than Japanese standard.
It's so close to the train track. So it's pretty noisy. Though we requested for rooms that are not facing the track, we did not get it. I had no problem with sleeping but my friend did.

Its location at a short distance from a Beppu tower was comfortable. On top of that, restaurants and eateries were minutes away from the property. The staff was highly courteous and best, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

A tasty surprise at breakfast
The breakfast was an unexpected delight, especially the chicken tempura. The staff were cute and the room's comfort exceeded my expectations.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking, made sleeping a challenge at times.
